STPL Strength & Conditioning provides strength and conditioning coaching services, including but not limited to in-person training, online coaching, consultations, and training programmes. All services are delivered based on professional judgement, current best practice, and the information provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibility & Health Declaration

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in training. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to commencing training.

STPL Strength & Conditioning is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

3. Assumption of Risk

Strength and conditioning training involves inherent physical risks. By participating in any training or following any programme provided, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to train at their own discretion and responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed purchases will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.

5. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

For scheduled sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions missed or cancelled with insufficient notice may be forfeited and are not refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy outlined on this website. Please refer to that policy for full details before purchasing any services.

7. Training Programmes & Digital Content

All training programmes, digital resources, and educational content provided remain the intellectual property of STPL Strength & Conditioning. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

While all services are delivered with professional care and evidence-informed practice, individual results cannot be guaranteed. Progress is influenced by numerous factors including training consistency, recovery, nutrition, lifestyle, and adherence.
